Admission Requirements

What you need to join our Human Resource Management programs

Certificate Program (Level 5)

Basic requirements for the 1-year certificate program:

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E.) with a minimum mean grade of D (Plain)
  • KCE Division III or equivalent
  • Equivalent qualifications as determined by TVETA
  • Basic business knowledge

Diploma Program (Level 6)

Requirements for the 18-month diploma program:

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E.) with a minimum mean grade of C (Plain)
  • Human Resource Management KNQF level 5 or related Certificate
  • Equivalent qualification as determined by TVETA
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts
