Entry Requirement: KCSE D (Plain) or equivalent

Diploma Program

Level 6

Our Diploma in Human Resource Management offers advanced training in employee rewards management, HR operations, employee counselling, labour law, organizational behaviour, financial accounting, and research methodologies. Develop expertise to lead HR functions in complex organizational environments.

Duration: 18 Months (7 Terms)
Study Mode: Full-time & Part-time
Entry Requirement: KCSE C- (Minor) or Certificate Level 5

* External Examinations charged at KES 2,500 per module per unit up to Module 7. Payment via M-PESA Paybill 529901 or Bank Transfer to Kingdom Bank.

Minimum qualifications for entry:

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E.) with a minimum mean grade of D (Plain)
  • Equivalent qualifications as determined by TVETA
  • Basic computer literacy

Diploma Program (Level 6)

Requirements for advanced qualification:

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E.) with a minimum mean grade of C- (Minor)
  • Human Resource Management or related Level 5 Certificate
  • Equivalent qualifications as determined by TVET Authority
